What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Slickforce Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal. Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account.
Please provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. If using a shipping address that is different than the billing address, please provide a phone number for the shipping address.

We do not accept Checks or COD orders, sorry.
How Can I Verify an Order?
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.
What Is Your Sales Tax Policy?
Local sales tax applies to residents of the state of California. We do not accept resale or tax exempt status on online orders. International orders are subject to tax, duty and import fees. See International Orders.
How Can I Check the Status of My Order?
You will receive an email with your Order Confirmation details shortly after placing the order. If there are any issues with your order (address verification needed, delay in shipping, etc.) you will be notified by email. You will also receive an email when your order has been shipped and will include your tracking #.
If you have not received either of these emails, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received any emails, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team will update you on the status.
How Can I Track My Order?
We will email you a tracking number as soon as it's available (Note: it may take up to 24 hours to be updated online).
How Do I Cancel an Order?
You can cancel your order provided it hasn't yet entered the shipping process by emailing us at email@example.com. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See Return policy.
What Happens if My Item Is on Backorder?
We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that it is available on Special Order basis only).
In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it's unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you.
Due to high international shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any international order that includes back ordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

What do you charge for standard shipping?
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view shipping charges.
I just placed an order online. When will I receive my merchandise?
The SlickforceStore makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 3:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) are generally shipped in 1-2 days (subject to verification, click here for details). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Will I have to sign for my package?
A signature is required for most UPS shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages may not be able to be rerouted or picked up from UPS. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.
What do I do if there are damaged or missing items upon delivery?
Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Slickforce ships throughout the U.S., Canada and to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Slickforce has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders are generally delivered based on the shipping timeframe selected during checkout.
Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
There are generally options that allow for expedited shipping that are displayed at checkout, at an additional cost, subject to terms and conditions of inventory etc...

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Shipments can be sent to both P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Note: Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders shipped to military APO/FPO addresses for them to be delivered.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the carrier's website.

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets and packing inserts. Download products do not qualify.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the products.
If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.
